Guided tour of the permanent exhibition

The permanent exhibition of our Museum is based on masterworks of such prominent painters as Konstantin Korovin, Igor Grabar, Konstantin Yuon, Pyotr Konchalovsky, Yuri Pimenov, Boris Kustodiev, Valentin Serov. Discover the history of their masterworks while guided tours around the exposition.

"It's impossible to make something out through these brushstrokes. Terrible! A haystack drawn blue... It's green everywhere, I guess? But this painter made it blue. They say he's a famous Frenchman. It's a mess what's going on here!" At first Russian audience wasn't amazed by the first artworks of French impressionists. But at the end of 19th century Russian artists finally embraced the freshness of impressionism. Even those who had been faithful to the realistic principles had a change of mind. Now there is a long list of outstanding Russian impressionists. In our Museum it is possible to get to know their works and discover new names which deserve to be widely popular.

Entrance ticket required. To sign up for an individual tour email us (office@rusimp.su) and specify date, time and number of participants.

The price of an individual tour is 4000 roubles.
