"Artist's Studio": painting workshop

The Museum of Russian impressionism invites our visitors to take part in our regular "Artist's Studio" painting workshop. Museum's educator Darya Alevskaya will walk you through our permanent exhibition ("Various flowers" by Pyotr Konchalovsky and "Summer day" by Alexander Gerasimov — what an inspiration!) and then help you to express your impressions on the canvas.
Our workshops are held right in Museum's exhibition halls. You will set up an easel in front of the masterpieces from our collection and create your own. You will learn how to mix different colors, how to use them while working in an impressionistic way. After the class you will return home with an artwork which can become a present or a piece of decor.
Groups up to 10 people. Duration: 2 hours. All materials are included in the price.
